Our approach

Therapy is not a “one size fits all” endeavor. We recognize that what works for one person may not work for another. We tailor our approach to include multiple therapy techniques to best help our client’s. We use multiple techniques, including CBT and EMDR, to look at the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. We provide a safe, judgment free zone, where our clients can talk through life’s challenges and learn ways to navigate through the stress. We will work with our clients to determine goals and help them gain the skills necessary to achieve those goals.
